In order for us to help keep costs affordable, payment is expected in full at the conclusion of the appointment.  Please discuss any financial concerns you may have before consenting to services. Our team is happy to work with you to achieve the best outcome for you and your pet. 

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit. We do not accept checks. 

Care Credit is a medical credit card. Care Credit allows six months interest free to pay off each charge over $200.00. You can apply by clicking the link on our home page or at carecredit.com or by calling 1-800-365-8295. Care Credit can also be used for human medical costs where accepted. More information on Care Credit can be found here.

 

For the first visit of new clients, we require a deposit that is applied to the account as a credit that goes towards the first visit. This deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to appointment, within 24 hours it is nonrefundable. We do not store credit card information on file.

NO SHOW, CANCELLATION, & LATE ARRIVAL GUIDELINES

If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call the office to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a missed appointment fee of $45.00. Our hospital operates by appointments only. Our time and our clients time is important to us. Late arrivals cause the appointments after you to be waiting. If you are 15 minutes late you are subject to a late arrival fee and may be required to reschedule your appointment. A missed appointment fee must be paid before we are able to reschedule your appointment and provide further services. In addition you will be required to place a deposit prior to scheduling your next exam. Clients with 3 or more last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in discharge from our practice.We appreciate your cooperation.
